I.Return Period
Customers have a [3]-day return period starting from the date of receiving the adhesive tape products. Please ensure that the products are returned within this period. Return applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.
II.Return Conditions
1.The adhesive tape should remain in its original unopened packaging. The whole roll of tape should be free from damage, usage marks, and the core should not be deformed. The product label should be complete and clear, and the product should not affect secondary sales.
2. For combination set adhesive tapes, all tapes and accessories in the set must be complete, without any missing parts.
III. Return Process
1. Customer Initiates Return Application: Please send an email to the mailbox used for communication with the customer within the specified return period, including relevant information such as the reason for return and the quantity of returned products.
2. Review of Return Application: We will review the application within [7 - 15] working days after receiving it. The review result will be notified to the customer via email. If the application is approved, detailed information such as the return address and the required format of the logistics waybill number will be provided.
3. Return of Products: Customers should use a traceable logistics service to return the products to the return address we provided, and mark the order number and the reason for return outside the package. It is recommended to keep the logistics receipt for future reference.
IV. Refund Method
1. Once we confirm the receipt of the returned products and they meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed within [7 - 15] working days. The refund will be returned to the customer's payment account via the original payment route. In case of a delay in processing by the payment platform, the time for the refund to reach the account may be extended. Please be patient.
V. Handling of Special Cases
1. Customized Adhesive Tapes: Since customized adhesive tapes are printed with specific patterns, text, and other personalized content and are unique, returns are generally not accepted, unless there are quality issues such as insufficient adhesion or blurred printing. If quality problems occur with customized adhesive tapes, please contact us as soon as the problem is discovered, and we will negotiate a solution based on the specific situation.
2. Sample Adhesive Tapes: If the store provides sample adhesive tapes, these sample tapes are non - for - sale items and returns are not accepted.
VI. Limitation of Liability
1. For situations where the adhesive tape is damaged, soiled, or lost due to the customer's own reasons, the customer shall bear the losses incurred during the return process.
2. In case of delays or inability to process returns due to force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, wars, pandemics, etc.), we will try our best to communicate and negotiate solutions with the customer, but we will not be liable for the direct or indirect losses caused thereby.
