　　 Every corporation has its culture, no matter what is the scale of it, for it is extremely important for its success. The importance of the culture for corporation is the same of mind and soul for human being. One worldwide influential management scientist once points out that: among the best running corporations, the most important thing is not strict rules and regulations or profit achievement, nor computer nor any other management tools, means, even not high science and technology, but the corporation culture or enterprise culture. So, we see the importance of the corporation culture.
From the past ten years’ experience, we summed up our corporation culture as: “Comity, Honesty, Deploitation, Innovation”. It is also the common belief for every employee.
　　Comity ： Comity is power. There is a Chinese saying goes like this: “With the hearts of three united, yellow earth may be changed into gold.” Join together is precious, once hearts joined together, then the infinite power comes up, consequently, new achievement can be created. 　　Honesty ：It refers to honesty and credit. To be honest is the basic requirement for one’s behavior, credit is the life for a corporation. Keeping one’s words is credit, one must do what he says. Credit is also a sort of resource. Breaking one’s words, lost his credit, then relationships broken up. Honesty and credit is the moral certificate for the existence of a man as well as corporation, moreover, it is the entrance ticket for being recognized by the whole society. “Without credit, it is hard to say success.” Without a good reputation and credit, a corporation is just like a stingy passenger who doesn’t pay its ticket, obviously, it’s quite difficult for him to reach his destination. As a common phenomenon, many people like this were driven off from the running economy bus.
　　Deploitation, Innovation: There is nothing which remains stable forever!” as a famous ancient philosopher said. Constant changing makes things fresh, otherwise, rotten; changing makes a corporation keeping itself as competitive, otherwise, out of date. Innovation and improvement is the general trend of the development of things. Innovation is the soul of the development of a nation, the unexhausted motivation for the prosperity of a country.
　　Achievement is created out, not observed by. Full of energy and drive at the beginning of the business, keep working hard, but after seeing somewhat achievement, then do not want to work hard anymore, and start seeking for pleasure and cozy life. Such person and corporation go bankrupt sooner or later.
　　A company must keep on going in term of innovation, never stop up, for that means out of date. However, the marketing economy never waits for anyone, but man looks for market. Who ever has marketing awareness and takes positive action, and who ever offers the best service, who will hold up the initiative.
